Our delivery partner is Aramex.

Dubai orders placed before 12pm (UAE time) will be dispatched that day and delivered the next business day.

UAE wide orders placed before 12pm (UAE time) will be dispatched that day and delivered within 1-2 business days.

International orders placed before 12pm (GMT+04:00), will be dispatched that day and delivered within approximately 3 – 5 business days.

Any orders placed after 12pm (UAE time), on a Friday or on a public holiday may not be dispatched until the next business day.

Please note that although we aim to dispatch all orders made before 12pm the same day we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control.

We are also not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes occurring in the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.

As all parcels need to be signed for we ask that you do not provide post office box as the delivery address.

Shipping to multiple addresses is not possible, so you may only ship to one address per order.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

The Mommy Co. insures each package during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

We strongly recommend that you check the package before sign the proof of delivery, as the responsibility is entirely transferred to you once the document is signed.

You will be asked to sign a delivery sheet upon receipt of the parcel, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. By specifying a recipient who is not you (for example in case of a gift), evidence of a signature at the mentioned delivery address is evidence of delivery and complete fulfillment by The Mommy Co., and therefore transfers the responsibility equally.

If the content of your package is damaged, do not sign the proof of delivery handed to you. Ask the courier representative to take the package back to us and send us an email to within 48hrs to inform us of the incident.
