RETURN POLICY

 

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

If however you are not satisfied with your purchase we encourage you to contact us immediately via email at info@themommy-co.com or call us on +971 55 380 3025 to arrange your exchange or return request.

In your email we need you to provide the order number, your contact details (name, phone number), and the item you would like to exchange or return and please include the reason.

An exchange or return request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order, and then you have an additional 10 days to return your item(s) (for our international customers this is 30days).

We take care ensuring that your goods have been checked prior delivery.

If however they are found to be damaged on delivery, please notify us within 10 days.

We will review your case after returning the item(s), and we will only issue a refund or exchange for faulty items on approval of fault.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, with all tags still intact, unworn, unwashed.

Returned items that are damaged, soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back.

We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased on sale.

For customers who paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), in case of return, will be required to arrange the collection of the cash as our courier company does not carry cash back to the customers.

In case of exchange if we don’t have your size or color in stock, or the item has been discontinued, you can have a similar product of the same value or higher.

Shipping new items is free of charge for faulty goods.  In other cases the courier charges for collection and/or delivery may be charged.

When you ship back please use a courier company so that you can track down your shipment.

REFUND: “Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment”

CANCELLATION: “We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm on the same day. To cancel your order before it is shipped, we encourage you to contact us either on phone or via email, no less than 2 hours from completing the order. If your order is already shipped, we cannot cancel it. In case if it has not been shipped, we happily cancel your order.”
